1. Sacred Ambience & Code of Conduct

Kadva Patel Samaj & Atithi Bhavan is a sacred pilgrimage stay dedicated to devotees visiting Shree Somnath Mahadev. All guests are expected to respect the tranquil and spiritual sanctity of the complex.

Strict Prohibition: Consumption or possession of alcohol, smoking, non-vegetarian food, and any illicit substances are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and throughout the trust premises.

2. Check-in and Check-out Timings

• Standard Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early arrivals or late departures are subject to room availability and discretion of the front desk supervisor.

3. Mandatory Identification

All adult occupants must present original, government-issued photo identity cards (Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter Card, or Passport) at the front desk before room keys can be handed over. Pan cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

4. Tariffs & Capacity Limits

• Standard Room (₹800/night): Maximum 2 Persons
• Deluxe AC Room (₹1,200/night): Maximum 2 to 3 Persons
• Super Deluxe AC Room (₹1,800/night): Maximum 3 Persons
• Family Stay Suite (₹2,500/night): Maximum 4 to 6 Persons

Extra persons or mattresses will incur modest trust supplemental fees as determined by the front desk.

5. Care of Trust Property

Guests are expected to treat the rooms, electronic appliances, air-conditioners, beddings, and plumbing fittings with responsible care. Any deliberate damage or loss to bhavan infrastructure will be assessed and billed directly to the registered guest prior to checkout.

6. Right of Admission Reserved

The Trust management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or ask any occupant to vacate the premises without refund in instances of misconduct, disturbance to fellow devotees, or failure to comply with bhavan regulations.
